Information Assurance Engineer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None CACI is seeking an Information Assurance Engineer to support a DOD project in Washington DC. Opportunity: Provide support to PMS 500 and 501 by maintaining their Integrated Data Environment (IDE) website.
Responsible for the Assessment and Authorization of the IDE and provide support for daily operations of the IDE and interfacing with the IDE development team.
Manage, create, and process certification and accreditation packages in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.
working with program managers, system engineers and developers to obtain accreditation for U.S. Navy information system.
Assess, develop, and provide recommendations for Cybersecurity Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the IDE.
Lead the Change Control Board (CCB) as required by the Configuration Management Policy and work with team to develop IDE Change Requests for team review and approval.
Maintain Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for open security findings. Ensure POA&M is current and reported to NAVSEA.
Retrieve ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution) scan results from VRAM (Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager) system, communicate with developer to resolve open findings. Qualifications: Required: Must have active and current DOD Secret security clearance.
8+ year's of relevant experience with a BS degree; or 12+ year's overall experience in lieu of degree.
Must be familiar with the DoD standards guiding the development of Information Assurance (IA) policy, requirements, engineering and certification and accreditation - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
