The
Information Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in clear, actionable formats. You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (internal databases, reports, third-party systems).
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Support departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor data integrity and contribute to ongoing improvements in data collection and storage processes.
- Translate technical findings into clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics for ongoing business performance tracking.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with databases and query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise data platforms
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
