Responsibilities:
- Influencer Identification and Outreach: Research and identify potential influencers who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing strategy, and manage influencer marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers, outlining expectations, deliverables, compensation, and other relevant terms.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion, and use analytics tools to assess the impact of influencer collaborations and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a positive and collaborative experience.
- Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

- Data-oriented and analytical.
Education/Qualification:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
