Role Overview
As an Influencer Talent Outreach & Relationship Building Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and initiating relationships with top creators and emerging talent across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. You will serve as the first point of contact and play a pivotal role in establishing long-term, value-driven partnerships with influencers that align with DWS' s campaign goals and brand values.
Key Responsibilities
•Proactively scout and source influencers across niches such as fashion, lifestyle, tech, wellness, and D 2 C.
•Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate meaningful connections with creators.
•Personalize outreach with creative messaging that stands out and fosters trust.
•Maintain and update an influencer database with key information-engagement statistics, audience insights, past collaborations, etc.
•Coordinate discovery calls and onboarding for new talent.
•Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, understanding their brand, tone, and preferences.
•Collaborate with the campaign and talent management teams to match influencers with relevant brand opportunities.
•Stay informed about influencer trends, viral creators, and emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, collab posts, etc.).
•Attend virtual and physical creator events, networking sessions, and brand activations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
•2-4 years of experience in influencer outreach, PR, digital talent scouting, or creator management.
•A natural networker with a passion for social media, storytelling, and digital culture.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills-creative outreach is your superpower.
•Deep understanding of how influencers operate, what they value, and how to build lasting relationships.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and partnerships simultaneously.
•Familiarity with influencer tools (e. g., Upfluence, Heepsy, CreatorIQ, or even manual tracking via Google Sheets).
•Bonus: Prior experience in an agency, influencer platform, or creator tech startup.
