We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Assistant to help expand and manage our network of creators-handling research, outreach, gifting coordination, and content tracking. This role plays a direct part in identifying creators who align with our brand, initiating collaborations, organizing product send-outs, and ensuring we receive content that supports ongoing campaigns and brand objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple moving conversations at once. The ideal candidate is also familiar with ithe process of what makes a partnership successful-from both a content and brand fit perspective.

While primarily focused on influencer partnerships, this role also supports broader marketing efforts as needed, including photoshoots, launch preparation, and key initiatives led by the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Program Management
  • Research and identify creators who align with the brand's voice, vision, and values
  • Manage outreach, follow-ups, and communication timelines
  • Coordinate product gifting-confirming sizes, styles, and ensuring shipments are fulfilled
  • Track creator content delivery and maintain organized records of performance and usage
Campaign & Content Support
  • Assist with the planning and logistics of influencer-led campaigns
  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day prep for photoshoots, content days, and brand activations
  • Help maintain the marketing calendar and stay aligned on timelines and deliverables
Marketing Operations
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on influencer reports, recaps, and tracking documents
  • Assist in maintaining internal tools and dashboards for influencer and content management
  • Be available to support in-office and on-site needs related to shoots, brand projects, and content execution
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in a related field
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with social platforms and outreach tools used in creator marketing
  • Highly organized with strong attention to deadlines and follow-ups
  • Passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and creator partnerships
  • Flexibility to support in-person marketing activities when required
  • Collaborative, dependable, and solution-focused attitude
Reports To: Head of Marketing and Brand Director

Compensation: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
