About the Job:
The Influencer Marketing Senior Manager or Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand priorities and campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing, this individual will lead influencer programs that elevate brand storytelling, drive authentic engagement, and expand our business collaborating closely with the Affiliate and PR teams to ensure the seamless integration of efforts. You will support the execution of client strategies and assist with trend forecasting, as well as pull and analyze reports to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
Position Reports to: Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement influencer campaigns that integrate seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives
- Foster long-term, authentic relationships with influencers that embody JBC's values and oversee deliverables to ensure successful partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the agency to ensure strong influencer integration in brand campaigns
- Lead negotiations and oversee contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media platform changes to optimize campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Communicate regularly with influencers to secure opportunities, provide support, and address any issues
- Assist the director with trend forecasting, competitor analysis, outreach and partnership development
- Prepare and present reports on performance to internal and external stakeholders
About You:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- An experienced influencer marketing professional with existing relationships and a proven track record of leading initiatives at a brand or agency.
- Have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving influencer landscape, a strategic approach to program development, and the ability to collaborate within a complex corporate structure
- Experience working on performance-based partnerships, with a focus on revenue
- Functional knowledge of influencer networks and platforms - Aspire, LTK, ShopMy, etc.
- Naturally proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
- A people person, skilled at building and nurturing relationships, with proven experience in supportive team management
- Ability to both balance many priorities and act resourcefully, all while maintaining a positive attitude
