Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of influencer programs-our AI-powered universal search tool-and other core brand campaigns. In this role, you'll own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, while working cross-functionally with creative, comms, and product marketing teams. You'll partner with a creative agency and external creators to craft campaigns that drive awareness and consideration of products-developing engaging, insight-led content that resonates with key target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead influencer marketing campaigns, partnering with tech, business, and productivity creators to drive brand awareness
- Execute campaigns across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with agency partners on creator sourcing, outreach, contracting, and execution
- Develop creative briefs that guide influencer content and align with campaign objectives
- Work cross-functionally with comms, brand, and paid media teams to align on messaging, targeting, and amplification strategies
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, and reporting
- Track performance and optimize in real time; compile post-campaign insights and learnings
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of influencer marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading and executing end-to-end campaigns-familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B productivity tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of creator partnerships, content trends (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience managing campaigns that blend product education and storytelling
- Experience working at an Influencer Marketing Agency is a plus
