POSITION OVERVIEW The Influencer Marketing Manager will support the Sr. Director of Account Management across a portfolio of IHC clients spanning health, wellness, beauty, fashion, and luxury. This role is ideal for a resourceful and strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record of leading influencer campaigns from end to end.
You will be responsible for influencer strategy, sourcing and outreach, negotiations, campaign execution, gifting programs, reporting, and trendspotting-while also mentoring junior team members and supporting cross-channel activations. This is a highly visible role requiring strong relationship management, cultural fluency, and data-driven thinking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies across multiple client accounts
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers aligned with brand voice and goals
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, creative briefs, timelines, and approvals
- Manage product seeding and gifting programs, ensuring brand alignment and timely fulfillment
- Oversee campaign execution from concept through delivery, ensuring all deliverables are FTC-compliant and on-brand
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and deliver detailed post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with PR, social, and creative teams to ensure integrated strategies and content amplification
- Stay current on industry trends, platform shifts, and emerging talent within the creator economy
- Support client events and activations, including talent curation and influencer attendance
QUALIFICATIONS- 3-5+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within an agency or high-growth brand
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social content trends
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across categories
- Comfortable negotiating fees and contracts and managing creator relationships
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ) and social analytics platforms
- Detail-oriented project manager with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Culturally curious and fluent in the wellness, beauty, and lifestyle space
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments

- Core hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday
