Our client, skincare brand sold DTC and in Sephora, is hiring a Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team in Brooklyn on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is all about connection, building authentic relationships with creators, amplifying brand love, and turning buzz into loyalty. The ideal person will lead their influencer programs end-to-end, from strategic partnerships and product mailers to community activations and events.
Job Duties Include:
- Build a diverse and aligned network of influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Lead all aspects of paid partnerships-outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, posting, and performance tracking
- Manage influencer mailers and gifting-from concept to logistics-collaborating with Ops, Finance, and external partners
- Plan and execute events and activations that boost EMV and support larger community initiatives
- Cultivate long-term creator relationships to foster loyalty and advocacy
- Track and analyze performance using influencer and social tools to report on impact and optimize strategy
- Integrate influencer efforts into broader marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Stay informed on trends, creator economy shifts, and competitor activity to keep our approach relevant and innovative
- Own influencer budgets and ensure timely, on-brand execution
- Building and maintaining authentic creator relationships
- Managing multiple campaigns with strong organization and attention to detail
- Spotting trends and understanding what drives culture on social
- Working cross-functionally and communicating clearly across teams
- Making data-driven decisions and continuously optimizing strategy
- Thinking creatively and proactively solving problems
- Thriving in both collaborative and independent work styles
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social, or community management within the beauty industry
- Strong track record of executing paid partnerships that drive EMV
- Skilled in influencer contracting, rate negotiations, content usage, and approvals
- Proficient in influencer and analytics platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Tribe, Dash)
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scrappy environments
- Knowledge of both DTC and retail marketing, especially Sephora
- Bonus: Familiarity with Press or TYB (Try Your Best)
Salary: $90k -$105k annually
