Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Director of Influencer Marketing, as well as the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing and Director of Affiliates. This individual will be responsible for creating influencer briefs for all paid influencer partners, assisting in influencer sourcing, vetting, outreach, and communication, as well as supporting the execution of influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, passionate about influencer marketing, and stays up-to-date on industry trends and emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and distribute influencer briefs for all paid influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Assist in project managing creative team requests for print collateral needed for influencer mailers.
- Maintain a close pulse on top influencer and affiliate partners, providing them with necessary support, and ensuring they are fully prepared for campaign launches.
- Assist in influencer sourcing, vetting, outreach, and communication to build strong brand partnerships.
- Ship influencer mailers, ensuring on time delivery and presentable unboxing experience
- Manage promo code and affiliate link creation for influencer campaigns.
- Proactively seek new influencer opportunities by identifying emerging talent, trends, and platforms to enhance the brand's influencer strategy.
- Monitor existing influencer relationships for organic gifting opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer partnerships, including coordinating product requests and shipments.
- Tracking posting rates for ongoing campaign and affiliate seeding
- Assist in cultivating a community of content creators that would be considered loyal brand fans and partners
- Assist in the execution, and optimization of influencer affiliate marketing campaigns. Coordinate with influencers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Monitor influencer-generated content for use cross-functionally and for the purpose of relationship building
Qualifications & Skills:- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including industry trends, key platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with influencer research tools, CRM platforms, and tracking software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and social media marketing.
