Description: - Board Certified Infectious Disease Clinician needed for small outpatient clinicThis is a one-provider practice, seeing about 10-14 outpatients per day and monitoring/ordering their treatment
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic attached to hospital
- Days per month: M-F
- Required Procedures: In-office dressing changes/wound care
- EMR: CERNER
- Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 front office
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
Requirements: - License: AZ license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship Required
- BLS - Required
- Malpractice Clean Preferred
- DEA Required while submission
