What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical control systems, including automation and instrumentation
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and implement systems
  • Oversee an participate in measuring, cutting, and installing wiring and conduit per project specifications and electrical codes
  • Manage the permit application process
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and quickly resolve component failures
  • Supervise and mentor other electricians, fostering skill development and safe work habits
  • Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
  • Keep work areas organized and safety-ready at all times

Who You Are

  • Master Electrician (preferred) or Journeyman Electrician committed to earning your Master license within 6 months
  • High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical program graduate is a plus
  • 3+ years of industrial electrician experience, ideally in water/wastewater facilities or other industrial environments
  • Proficient with hand tools, mechanical systems, and basic computer diagnostics
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and PLC code
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, "safety first" mindset
  • Physically capable of handling the demands of industrial fieldwork
