- Utilize consultative selling techniques to educate customers about the industry and provide unique insights tied to Clean Harbors/Clean Harbor solutions.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key stakeholders within prospective organizations.
- Influence customer stakeholders and build consensus around Clean Harbors solutions.
- Collaborate and independently strategize to navigate deal-level challenges effectively.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts aimed at driving profitable revenue growth, including detailed revenue potential estimates and activity plans for each account.
- Strengthen existing relationships by enhancing account satisfaction and ensuring the fulfillment of service requirements.
- Successfully propose, negotiate, and finalize profitable revenue opportunities using strong relationships with senior executives.
- Communicate account strategies effectively to the marketing team, field sales organization, and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Lead internal teams by providing direction, training, and coaching to ensure that goals are met.
- Assess customer needs, understand market dynamics, and guarantee appropriate service delivery and pricing.
- Analyze account profitability, value, and potential to maximize profit and enhance market share.
- Identify and develop additional Corporate Accounts using targeted analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies, including customer targeting and relationship building.
- Experience in B2B markets is essential.
- Ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships to develop sales support resources.
- Significant experience in complex and commercial sales processes.
- Demonstrated track record in identifying, creating, closing deals, and expanding business.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in sales or sales management within a large, service-oriented organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and WebEx presentations.
- Experience with or similar CRM applications.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Expertise in strategic and conceptual selling.
- Strong analytical skills with project planning and management experience.
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, multinational environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively communicate and influence C-suite executives.
