The Project Manager is responsible to plan, budget, organize, oversee and document all aspects of the specific assigned project(s) the company is involved with. They are in charge of a team to get the job done, and make sure everyone is on the same page. He/she will report directly to the Vice President.

Founded in the 1980s, this contractor specializes industrial construction: natural gas/oil power process piping, crane and rigging, foundation and excavation, structural steel fabrication, maintenance, and drafting and detailing services

Description

  • Reports directly to Vice President
  • In charge of numerous projects and manages project managers and superintendents
  • Plan, budget, organize, and oversee projects
  • Communicate with clients
  • Prepare reports and communicate with upper management
  • Travel to job sites as needed
  • Conduct meetings

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with practical experience or A B.S. In Business, preferably with a Masters of Business Administration
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Proven work experience in a management related field
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (writing and verbal)
  • Solid organizational skills including fine attention to details and multi-tasking skills
  • Software: Microsoft office/Teams, Primavera P6, Project Controls, preferable including PowerBi
