The Industrial Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a key player in my client's business, working to optimize existing production lines, and develop sustainable manufacturing processes for new products. You'll join a well-established team of Engineers at my client's IL facility, which has been seeing consistently successful results throughout their 100+ years in operation.

Description
- Programming and Operation: Program press brakes, panel benders, lasers, and other advanced robotic equipment.
- Data Management: Create and maintain product routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Item Master data records.
- Process Analysis: Conduct operational analyses of production methods to evaluate labor efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Process Optimization: Enhance process capability and production volumes while upholding and advancing quality standards.
Profile
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience, metal fabrication experience is a plus
- Hands-on programming experience with lasers, automated welding systems, or press brakes
- Strong track record driving cost savings to manufacturing operations
- Bachelor degree preferred: Engineering focus
- Strong experience with CAD/CAM software
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $90,000 based on experience
