Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Must have three (3) months of experience in the job offered or as a Lean Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Three (3) months of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) must have included the following: 1) Analyzing the manufacturing and assembly process; 2) Developing work instructions; and 3) Working on 2D/3D designs.
