Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Weekend Night Shift Location: Ripon, WI Experience Level: Mid Level (5 8 Years) Education Required: Associate Degree Job Function: Manufacturing Industry: Consumer Goods Total Positions: 1 Relocation Assistance: Not Available Visa Sponsorship: Not Available Compensation: View hourly pay rate Position Overview A stable and fast-paced manufacturing facility is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team on the weekend night shift (Friday Sunday, 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM). This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities, solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems, and a passion for quality work. Key Responsibilities Design and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, PLC systems, and electronic control components Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Interpret and install electrical systems based on schematics and blueprints Perform mechanical repairs and basic maintenance tasks Dismantle and repair electrical machinery, including replacement of parts such as brushes and armatures Install and monitor performance of electrical equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety Layout, assemble, test, and adjust electrical systems, including fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, and wiring Mount and connect motors, transformers, and lighting according to specifications Perform diagnostic and functional testing using appropriate tools and instruments May oversee and support the work of other maintenance personnel as needed Document work using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Required Qualifications Associate degree in a technical field 2 4 years of relevant experience in electrical or industrial maintenance Proficiency with CMMS for tracking repairs and locating parts Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics Experience working with electrical power and water distribution systems Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform work involving standing, bending, and manual dexterity Working Conditions Weekend night schedule: Friday to Sunday, 4:00 PM 4:00 AM Fast-paced manufacturing environment Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical exam Benefits Include: Paid vacation in the first year Medical, dental, and vision plans Company-paid Health Reimbursement Account 401(k) plan Company-paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Annual wage increases and perfect attendance awards Safety recognition program 11 paid company holidays Tuition reimbursement Annual employee social events This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance technician seeking a long-term role in a supportive and growing manufacturing environment.
