Are you experienced in keeping machines running and downtime low? We're hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support production operations with hands-on troubleshooting and repairs.
What You'll Do:- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls
- Complete scheduled PMs and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to breakdowns and work with team to minimize downtime
- Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders to guide repairs
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical skills - welding, fabrication, machine repair
- Basic electrical knowledge - 3-phase systems, sensors, wiring
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed
