Job Title: Industrial Machining Repair Tech III

Location: Lafayette, IN

Shift Work Details- Mon-Friday 2nd Shift 2-11

Temp to Perm role

Payrate : $ 25.00-28.00/ Hr on W-2

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.

2. Three-Four years of experience maintaining buildings, facilities, or equipment a large commercial or industrial environment, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position requires a valid Driver's License.

Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Electrical, or related program.

• Experience troubleshooting BAS / BMS systems and controls (Schneider Electric BAS, Honeywell, Siemens, Edstrom, etc.)

•

Experience creating HMIs surrounding Historian data.

• Possess knowledge of Building Systems sequence of operations

• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing process mechanical systems such as HVAC equipment and utilities supporting same.

• Experience working with Fire Protection Systems

• Knowledge of Water Systems used in critical environment applications.

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing and working with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience using testing equipment such as meggers, voltmeters, multi-meters, etc. used in maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
