Industrial Machine Mechanic (Overnight) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $38.98 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Industrial Machine Mechanic (Overnight) Highlights
- This position is a contract-to-hire assignment with potential to convert permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is C Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (work 36 hours / paid 40)
Industrial Machine Mechanic (Overnight) Responsibilities
- Perform routine setup, operation, preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repairs on highly automated manufacturing equipment.
- Control and adjust machine settings; monitor production quality, downtime, and waste.
- Execute mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance-including adjustments, inspections, and documentation.
- Prioritize daily work orders, complete PM schedules, and support equipment installations and changeovers.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for equipment or product issues and drive continuous-improvement projects.
- Read and interpret electrical/pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate safety, quality, and maintenance records and follow all GMP and company safety policies.
Industrial Machine Mechanic (Overnight) Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 + years of relevant maintenance experience - OR - Technical certificate + 2 years' experience
- Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting (up to 480 VAC)
- Ability to use multimeters, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Basic PC skills (MS Excel, Word) and strong time-management / communication skills

Industrial Machine Mechanic (Overnight) Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, robotics, vision systems, and industrial control instrumentation
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and SAP or other CMMS platforms
- Basic machining, welding, and power-transmission repair skills
