Tiello is partnering with a well-established Industrial Manufacturer on their search for an experienced Industrial Electrician to support their plant operations and electrical maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician with a strong industrial background to join a team focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment, including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-controlled systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to preventative maintenance and operational uptime.
Title: Industrial Electrician
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical components, machinery, and control systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, including Allen Bradley and Modicon, and interpret complex schematics and technical manuals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and wiring schematics to guide installation and repairs.
- Support and execute the plant's preventative maintenance schedule.
- Provide input for system improvements and support engineering or maintenance design modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance work.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience working with PLC-controlled systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Experience with AC/DC motor controls, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment installations.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their electrical integrations.
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology or completion of a technical training program in electrical/electronic systems preferred.
- Excellent safety record, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance history.
