The Development Manager is responsible for the execution of land development and vertical construction projects. This position will work closely with the development executives as well as the General Contractors.

Description
Some Responsibilities of an Industrial Development Manager are:
- Oversight of consultants for survey, geotechnical review, environmental, legal, zoning, permitting, etc.
- Review survey / title information, easements, environmental data, zoning, governing agency requirements, utilities, etc.
- Create predevelopment cost budgets and schedules
- Oversee third-party preconstruction and design teams.
- Manage the schedule, cost, change order reviews.
- Review monthly development draws and submit with approval recommendations.
Profile
The Successful Industrial Development Manager will have:
- A bachelor's degree in engineer, construction management, architecture, or real estate.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial real estate OR 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager on Industrial builds from cradle to grave.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be local to Colorado
