Indoor Horticulture Technician

We are seeking a full-time Indoor Horticulture Technician that will care for our tropical plants inside various businesses and residences throughout the Central Arkansas area.

This position is ideal for an individual who has a strong work ethic, loves plants, is detail-oriented, has good problem-solving skills and is self-sufficient.

Conditions of employment:
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, employment verification, drug screen (includes marijuana), and DMV check.

Must have at least 7 years of work experience.

Over the past 40 years, Leafscape has built a legacy as the leading interiorscaper for corporate and commercial clients across Central Arkansas. Other services offered include exterior botanical design and maintenance, holiday decor, living walls, moss walls, weddings, and event and replica installations. Most recently, the company has expanded its interior plant service offering area to address design, installation, and service to clients in Northwest Arkansas. Our Indoor Horticulture Technicians are our strongest asset.

The Position:

• Full-time Indoor Horticulture Technician

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Starting at $16.00 per hour with no experience, with lots of room for advancement.

• Available to work Monday-Friday
