About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Independent Testing Senior Manager in Corporate Risk.

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee the support function for business operations, ensuring efficient resolution of issues through a structured business ticketing process.
  • Lead requirements gathering across multiple initiatives, collaborating with business and technology teams to define in document business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions and business objectives.
  • Manage key technology transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder, alignment, and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement best practices in service management and incident management frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate support trends, challenges, and resolutions to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and IT to align strategy with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on banking regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with our business partners to analyze and resolve all issues and inquiries.
  • Removing barriers to delivering internal and external customer value, service, and support.
  • Manage both onshore and offshore resources
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Independent Testing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience and support, service management, or technology transformation within the banking and financial services industries, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 6+ years of management experience.
  • Strong expertise in ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira and incident management processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.

  • Lead effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many functional areas, and influencing skills
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years of management and strategic planning experience in technology, agile practices, and/or systems architecture design.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross functional projects.
  • Knowledge of framework and risk management's best practices.
  • Experience implementing solutions in IT support and service management.
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with IT teams, understanding technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of systems and platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify business challenges, and proactively develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, collaborate across departments, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
