About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join a progressive healthcare provider near St Albans. You will utilise your prescribing skills to enhance patient care and improve access to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments.
- Prescribe medications or treatments within your scope of practice.
- Monitor and review patient response to treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
