This role involves maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, reconciling deal tracking records, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to collect unpaid monies. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Income Tracking Coordinator :
- Maintaining an up-to-date tracking record for all third-party licensing, including updating the tracking system of terms and release dates
- Assisting in finding and downloading royalty statements from third-party labels as related to our licenses
- Reconciling the deal tracking record to identify outstanding payments
- Interfacing and communicating both internally and externally to collect unpaid monies
- Maintaining and organizing files, including all relevant correspondence in the computer-based licensing system
Required Skills for Income Tracking Coordinator :
- Ability to work under time constraints and multi-task effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Interest in process improvement and automation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in income tracking, unpaid collections, tracking 3rd party and vendor payments, working with royalties and licenses, and within the music/entertainment industry
