Description:
We're hiring an Incident Management & Prevention Analyst to join our global fraud prevention and identity verification team. In this role, you'll conduct video-based identity verifications, support financial and cybersecurity teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal controls and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video calls to verify identities and validate documentation.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure transactions.
- Assist in maintaining process documentation and implementing best practices.
- Analyze data and support reporting through tools like Power BI and Excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years in fraud prevention or identity verification; video verification experience preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and fraud detection systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, or French.
- Fraud prevention certifications (CFE, CFCS, CFF).
- Experience with automation or threat detection tools.
