Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Support Counselors to join our
May 19th, 2025, class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.
- Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
- Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
- Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
- Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- 2+ years of remote experience required.
- Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
Interview & Screening Process
- Attend a weekly hiring webinar
- Complete two (2) screening assessments
- Complete one (1) hour interview with member of the P&C Team
- Complete final assessment
Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
