Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Support Counselors to join our May 19th, 2025, class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.
  • Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
  • Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
  • Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
  • Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • 2+ years of remote experience required.
  • Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
Interview & Screening Process
  • Attend a weekly hiring webinar
  • Complete two (2) screening assessments
  • Complete one (1) hour interview with member of the P&C Team
  • Complete final assessment
Remote Work Requirements:
  • Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
  • Telephone Services (either home phone or VOIP)
