In-Home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid Flexible Scheduling

What You'll Do
Conduct initial and functional behavior assessments
Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure program fidelity
Oversee client progress through data-driven decision-making
Provide family training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain clinical and ethical standards for both in-person and remote sessions

Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
LABA license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable access to a computer and internet
Personal vehicle for travel to homes and centers
