Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, design, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring key milestones, action items, and long-lead purchases are clearly tracked.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to stay aligned with timelines and objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to both leadership and project teams.
  • Oversee the RFQ process, evaluate vendor responses, and make recommendations based on purchasing requirements.
  • Manage regional network projects involving new in-building systems.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate, Equipment, and Facilities Engineers to proactively resolve construction issues and ensure compliance.
  • Work with external partners (General Contractors, A&E firms, Construction Managers) to align project scope with standards, local code, and timelines.
  • Lead weekly planning sessions with key stakeholders to define issues, assign responsibilities, and ensure project alignment.
  • Utilize PeopleSoft/Quick Bid systems to issue purchase orders and track project expenditures.
  • Ensure completion of high-quality closeout packages and confirm adherence to project scope.
  • Process receipts and ensure timely payment of service purchase orders in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage the regional monthly capital plan, including forecasting and reconciling actual vs. budgeted spending.
