Job Description: The Pathlock Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive technical deployment of the Pathlock platform, ensuring it meets client-specific requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. This role emphasizes hands-on implementation tasks and requires close collaboration with Solution Architects to translate design specifications into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Configuration:
  • Conduct the installation of the Pathlock platform within client environments, adhering to best practices for system setup and security.
  • Configure Pathlock modules to align with client-specific security policies and business processes, including the setup of workflows, rules, and policies.
  • Integration with Enterprise Systems:
  • Integrate Pathlock with various enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and others, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Develop and implement connectors and APIs to facilitate integration, utilizing web services (REST/SOAP) and other relevant technologies.
  • Customization and Development:
  • Customize Pathlock functionalities to meet unique client requirements, including the development of custom workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Utilize scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL for customization and data manipulation tasks.
  • Testing and Validation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system integration testing (SIT) to ensure the Pathlock implementation functions as intended.
  • Assist clients with user acceptance testing (UAT), providing technical support and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Documentation:
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, integration procedures, and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Maintain accurate records of implementation activities and configurations for future reference and support.
  • Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide post-implementation support to resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with client IT teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance, offering expert guidance on best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing security and governance solutions, preferably with Pathlock or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing security solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and others.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including XML, SOAP/REST APIs, and web services integration.
  • Familiarity with database systems like SQL Server and Oracle, including proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Solution Architects and client technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Pathlock or similar platforms are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SAP security and governance, including familiarity with SAP GRC modules.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to data security, such as GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for customization purposes.
  • Experience in identity management, including user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification processes.
