Implementation Engineer / Full Stack Engineer This is a hybrid role in Brisbane, CA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). About the Role As a valuable member of our Full Stack Engineering team, you will engage in the exciting process of customizing and enhancing the Odoo ERP system to align with client needs. Your insights into business workflows will help transform our software into tailored solutions that boost efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various teams (sales, developers, customers) to craft customized client solutions.
- Own software modules ensuring high-quality and prompt delivery.
- Design and develop scalable solutions within Odoo and through third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing software for reliable performance.
- Advocate for best practices in coding standards and thorough testing.
- Provide continuous technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
- Modify Odoo application modules according to specific client requests.
- Conduct code walk-throughs with clients for clear understanding and alignment.
- Assist in system migrations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Frontend experience: 1+ years with TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, SASS/LESS, and CSS.
- Backend experience: 1+ year in Object-Oriented programming (Python preferred).
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux platforms.
- Strong grasp of database architecture and design (UML/ERD).
- Proven skills in debugging and optimizing custom software solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Effective communicator with team members, partners, and customers.
Nice to have: - Professional software development experience.
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred).

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $90,000-$105,000, with actual salaries varying based on experience, education, and location.
