What you'll do:
  • Support Implementation Managers on the implementation of the Dealpath platform for our enterprise clients, including participating in client meetings and documenting requirements
  • Configure the Dealpath platform for enterprise clients
  • Support data migrations for our enterprise clients
  • Create process documentation and training collateral for enterprise clients
  • Maintain internal project management systems such as Asana and Salesforce
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to identify areas where we can better serve our customer base through automation or product enhancements

  • A strategic thinker who is a recent grad or early in your career with ambitions to grow your career in tech
  • Product-focused; you enjoy and feel challenged mastering new software
  • A proactive problem solver who feels excited about contributing new ideas towards achieving operational excellence in a fast paced environment
  • Able to effectively partner, collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Always thinking of new ways to effectively serve customers and improve the Implementation team's internal processes
  • Resourceful and not afraid to try out-of-the-box approaches to resolve complex issues
The skill set:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy for customers, and passion for helping them
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to haves:
  • Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Jira, and SQL
  • Prior internship experience supporting technology implementations
  • Knowledge and/or interest in the Commercial Real Estate Industry
  • Possess a long-term career interest working in technology Implementation or Customer Success
