LA Legal Advocates is seeking BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) speaking paralegals to manage their own caseload and oversee the legal department. We are in need of paralegals for our USCIS department to work directly with varies filing with USCIS.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- MUST maintain strong attention to detail
- Achieve a high level of productivity with great accuracy
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience in all USCIS filings: I-485, I-751, TPS, DACA renewal, PIP, Advance Parole, VAWA.
Duties include:
- Preparing filings with USCIS;
- Preparing and translating client declarations, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other legal documents;
- Maintaining case management system and client contact;
- Manage case load
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30pm
