Immigration Paralegal

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of various immigration petitions and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration law and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, naturalization applications, and asylum applications.
• Gather and organize client documents and information.
• Conduct legal research related to immigration law.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and requirements.
• Maintain and update case files.
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents.
• Assist with other tasks as needed. Qualifications:
• Preferably has a paralegal certification, in lieu of will look at total experience.
• Prior experience as an immigration paralegal is required, preferably dealing with the various visas for employment and family-based needs.
• Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST.
