Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal at Bishara Law located in Bayonne, NJ. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for handling immigration issues, preparing legal documents, Work EOIR removal cases, and ensuring compliance with immigration law on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in Immigration Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Knowledge of EOIR, uscis.gov and docketwise
- Ability to work with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a law firm or legal environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
