About the Role - The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and legal drafting skills, sharp litigation capabilities, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. You will work on a variety of cases, including USCIS applications and waivers of inadmissibility, and conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and determine the best path forward. Your role will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.



Responsibilities



  • Handle all aspects of removal proceedings
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their legal needs
  • Draft and manage asylum petitions
  • Prepare and file family-based petitions
  • Assist clients with DACA applications and renewals
  • Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in USCIS applications and waivers of inadmissibility
  • Excellent communication and high-level legal drafting skills
  • Sharp litigation skills and strong ethical standards
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
