Job Title: Immigration Attorney
Location: Centennial, CO Hybrid Work Model
Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 base salary + Discretionary Bonus

They are expanding their practice and are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to lead and grow their immigration offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload focused on family-based immigration matters, including adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, asylum, consular processing, and humanitarian petitions (eg, VAWA, U Visas, DACA).
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other administrative agencies.
- Conduct client consultations and provide legal guidance with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Prepare and file petitions, motions, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with the family law team to provide holistic legal services for clients with overlapping immigration and family law needs.
- Monitor changes in immigration law and policy and advise clients accordingly.
- Participate in strategic planning for the firm's immigration practice area.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado bar license in good standing.
- 2-5+ years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong focus on family-based immigration.
- Experience handling EOIR matters is highly preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Commitment to client service, cultural competence, and advocacy.
