Location:
Duties:
- Manage a high volume of cases, including motion practice and appearances in Immigration Court
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines
- Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on clear communication
- Quickly adapt to various software applications and tools used for case management
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, ensuring positive client interactions
- Foster strong relationships with clients, de-escalating stressful scenarios effectively
Requirements:
- Bar admission in any jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in immigration law
- Ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Proficient in using legal technology and case management software
Education:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Bar Admission in any jurisdiction
