Imaging Service Engineer
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
Location: Syracuse & Albany / New York State

The Role
As our client's team expands, we're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for X-ray medical imaging systems at client sites. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while performing routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal functionality. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining medical imaging equipment within the assigned region
- Performing preventative maintenance and quality inspections
- Managing documentation for internal use and client reporting
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Upholding company values in all aspects of the job
- Additional duties as required

- A willingness to travel and work independently
