Your clients don't need down payments or collateral and you can work with clients outside of real estate, your business, product or service. We have over a decade of experience and have funded billions of dollars to our clients every year for over 13 years. Our clients can use the funding for ANY industry, reason or purposes. We fund 48 states (no CA or IA) also Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands and you must reside in one of those 48 states or U.S. territories. We will consider agents in certain countries but you must service U.S. Citizens. Responsibilities: Generate client leads from current clients, social media, events, advertising and networking Consult with clients on how you can help the solve their money problems Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers Collect and verify all necessary documentation to complete the loan application process Collaborate with underwriters to ensure that loans meet the required guidelines Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry Stay updated on market trends, policies, and company updates Provide excellent customer service throughout the process Be a great team member how supports the team in winning Requirements: Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent/Sales Professional or similar role in the financial industry Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial documents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and professionals in the industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously Available to attend virtual training and willingness to be coachable and teachable This is an earn and learn career opportunity. The schedule is flexible but we expect you to devote at least 25 hours a week.
