Imagery Analyst Mid-Level- This is a high priority role to fill The successful candidate will work as a member of a government contractor team conducting geospatial data collection and analysis, imagery analysis, scripting/programming, and use of databases to access and store geospatial data. The successful candidate will work conducting reverse engineering of above ground and underground structures with an emphasis on geospatial data preparation and analysis. Work will be performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment inside a government facility. Duties may include: The collection and analysis of geospatial data (vector and raster) from various data sources and the use of commercial and NTM source data to provide geospatial data preparation in support of geotechnical characterizations and test bed analysis. Collect, document and maintain geospatial data within data file structures and enterprise geodatabases in support of geospatial and geotechnical analysis efforts. Develop geospatial products and solutions to support geologic and engineering analysis. Collaborate with intelligence analysts to ascertain analytical workflows, business requirements. Use various source data for research to perform imagery analysis of panchromatic/multispectral imagery, and development of elevation data sets. Education and Experience Required: High School diploma or GED / Completion of a Military Service MOS, AFSC, or NOS Granting Imagery Analysis Course or DoD equivalent 3+ years of experience as an Imagery Analyst Experience with NTM sensors and capabilities, including EO, SAR, IR, and MSI Experience with Motion Imagery, Civil or Commercial Sensors, and tasking and collection processes and protocols Experience with RemoteView, Orchestration Services (Cedalion), or IEC Experience identifying military installations and conducing military infrastructure and/or military order-of-battle analysis Experience with MS office software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and emails Knowledge of standard and non-standard client reports, including Orchestration Services Insight and Update reporting (remark/GEOINT Note) and/or Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) reporting Imagery Analysts that primarily have experience in FMV will not fit this requirement Desired: Experience coordinating with DoD, IC, and foreign partners of issues of common concern Experience working with NGA work flows and office structure Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM) Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC)-Fundamentals and GPC-IA Lvl II Certification Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a CI polygraph, if needed IC-CAP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status.
