Position Details:

Job Title: Deluxe ImageRPS Application Specialist

Description: We are seeking a skilled Deluxe ImageRPS Application Specialist who will be responsible for adding, updating, and/or removing lockbox accounts from the application by setting up the necessary business rules to process the lockbox. This is not a production processor position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update lockbox profiles in ImageRPS based on client requirements.
• Read and interpret coupon specifications and translate them into ImageRPS and Opex scan jobs to ensure successful scanning and reading of coupons.
• Read and interpret output file specifications and translate them into ImageRPS to produce client data files.
• Dissect and review data files based on output file specifications.
• Create and update Opex Falcon scan jobs based on client requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience working in a retail lockbox processing center using ImageRPS and Opex scanning hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently based on high-level instructions from management.
