Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts in Chicago, IL on December 4, 10, 12, 13, 24, 26, 31 and January 11. Hours are 11:00am - 7:30pm with a 30-minute break except January 11 which is 8:00am-6:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see employees for primary care, acute care, and occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
