Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Integration Lead with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Informatica MDM platforms. This role involves designing, developing, and managing integration solutions, migrating data to cloud platforms, and ensuring seamless real-time API integrations. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, drive innovative solutions, and lead a team of technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead integration solutions and real-time API integrations using Informatica IICS CDI and CAI.
- Manage data migrations to cloud platforms and configure secure agents for optimized performance.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Create complex Informatica mappings in IICS to address data integration, cleansing, and migration needs.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, validate test cases, and apply performance tuning techniques.
- Identify and resolve major production issues, providing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents.
- Schedule and automate Informatica jobs for streamlined operations.
- Collaborate with architects, team leads, SMEs, and scrum masters to oversee integration team activities and ensure successful delivery.
- Report to the Project Manager and manage a team of four direct reports.
- Work closely with global teams across different time zones, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
- 7+ years of experience specifically in Informatica MDM solutions.
- Certifications in Informatica MDM.
- Proficiency in Informatica IICS CDI, CAI, and secure agent configurations.
- Strong skills in data integration, data validation, address standardization, data modeling, and data governance.
- Ability to create detailed technical specifications and complex Informatica mappings in IICS.
- Proven experience in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and master data governance principles.
- Strong background in API integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with multi-vendor environments and global team collaboration.
Work Location Details: - Hybrid Model: Detroit, MI (2 days in office, 3 days remote), requiring availability during early morning hours for coordination with teams in India and Europe.
- Remote Option: Available for candidates with substantial expertise and flexibility to work in early morning time slots.
