Job Summary: We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Certification Administrator to oversee enterprise-wide access certifications using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing the access certification process while maintaining a structured framework to evaluate risk levels and determine certification frequency for applications. The IAM Certification Administrator will collaborate with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure that user access aligns with governance policies, mitigating risks associated with access permissions. This individual will leverage SailPoint's automation and analytics capabilities to enhance efficiency, reduce compliance risks, and improve overall identity governance.
Key Responsibilities: - Configure, schedule, and execute access certifications within SailPoint IdentityIQ for manual, automated, and hybrid certifications
- Maintain and mature a risk-based certification framework, assessing application criticality and access frequency.
- Work with application owners and business leaders to ensure proper access review participation and compliance.
- Analyze certification results, identifying trends and risks to enhance governance policies
- Automate certification processes where applicable to streamline compliance efforts
- Provide reporting and metrics to demonstrate compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements
- Stay up to date on IAM best practices, compliance mandates, and SailPoint enhancements to continuously improve certification processes.

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of identity governance, access certifications, and compliance frameworks

Minimum Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience: - 4 years of combined IT and security work experience with exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design and administration;2 years of experience in Information Security is preferred.
