Identity and Access Management Analyst

Location: Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite & 3 days remote). Open to hybrid in Vienna, VA OR Pensacola, FL

Job Summary
Our client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union, is seeking a skilled professional with experience in Identity Management to join their team. This hybrid role requires a strong ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and a solid understanding of automation and technical tools.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the user provisioning lifecycle, including application provisioning.
  • Provide excellent customer service. Involves direct interaction with various personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership.
  • Review and identify inefficiencies in operations or business processes.
    Collaborate with teams to propose and implement streamlined solutions.
    Assess existing workflows and develop recommendations for improvement
Requirements/ Qualifications
  • Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule. Our client is open to considering candidates within a commutable distance to Vienna, VA and Pensacola, FL. (Schedule is 2 days/week onsite & 3 days remote).
  • Candidates must be able to work on Tential's W2 without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. We can not do C2C arrangements. At this time we can only accept the following: US Citizens, GC EADs, GC Holders, TN Visas.
  • Hands on experience with an IDM or IGA system (e.g. Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, SailPoint)
  • Customer Service experience in roles that involve direct interaction with various personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership.
  • Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and/or business processes and work with existing teams to propose/implement solutions for streamlining
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as PowerShell scripting, PEGA, or other scripting products.
  • Experience with Mainframe/RACF and DB2 environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP systems.
  • Experience with managing remote access solutions, including RSA SecurID, VPN, and Citrix.
  • Experience utilizing data reporting and metric tools (e.g., MS Power BI) to analyze and present data.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar request ticketing systems.
