Job Description The Identity Access Management (IAM) Administrator will play a critical role in managing and safeguarding the organization's identity and access management systems, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and resources. This position involves developing and maintaining robust processes and procedures, collaborating with senior leadership to align the IAM program with business objectives, and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee user account administration, permissions, and access controls.
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IAM program, including relevant policies and procedures.
- Plan, deploy, and manage identity and access management solutions.
- Handle the user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications.
- Monitor activity logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Create and update training materials related to identity and access management.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments.
- Control user access to systems, applications, and sensitive data.
- Conduct user access re-certification campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
- Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and stay current with industry trends.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with IT team members, security personnel, and business users.

The salary range for the VP position will be between $110,000 -$130,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
