This position is the primary Local Security Coordinator (LSC) assuring all network access is appropriate and accurate. The Analyst is responsible for processing all new users, access/menu changes, transfers and termination requests for employees, physicians, vendors and students in a timely manner. The Analyst also provides first level support to internal and external customers regarding basic application, hardware and service/network issues. Reports to: Market IT Director Enters support requests into tracking system and assigns ticket number or other identification. Drag Edit Delete Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response. Drag Edit Delete Diagnoses, resolves and closes customer issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary. Drag Edit Delete Processes new user requests, access/menu changes, transfers and termination requests in a timely manner. Drag Edit Delete Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality. Drag Edit Delete Provides end-user desktop training and minor hardware/peripheral repair as appropriate. Drag Edit Delete Provides support for configured desktop operating systems and servers, and manages account access, password resets, and user access privileges. Drag Edit Delete Rotates "on-call" with other personnel on weekends, holidays and any other necessary times. Drag Edit Delete Plan, implement and maintain automated processes related to identity and access lifecycle. Drag Edit Delete Audits user access/security groups to ensure accounts meet Lifepoint standards Drag Edit Delete Administrates Microsoft Azure profiles and access for all employees, providers, vendors and contractors. Drag Edit Delete Assigns appropriate access to Microsoft 365 applications. Drag Edit Delete Supports new enhancements and troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 applications. Drag Edit Delete Orders necessary supplies and distributes department mail. Drag Edit Delete Administrates/supports SQL databases associated with Data Repository and Meditech Audit Log. Drag Edit Delete Provides clerical support to the IT&S department. Orders necessary supplies and distributes department mail. Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent - Required Drag Edit Delete Minimum Education Associate Degree in Information Systems or systems/computer training (ie. Athena, New Horizons) - Preferred Drag Edit Delete Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Drag Edit Delete Minimum Work Experience 1 year experience in customer support - Required. Experience with Microsoft office, email and internet - Required. 3 years experience in Information Systems - Preferred; with an emphasis in computer/customer support. Meditech experience - Preferred. 1 year of hospital experience - Preferred.
