REGISTERED NURSE I PCU/ICU (NIGHT SHIFT)

Location: Eastern Oklahoma - 1 Hr East of Tulsa, OK
Are you a compassionate and skilled RN ready to make an impact in a high-acuity setting? We re seeking a Registered Nurse I to join our dedicated team in the PCU/ICU environment where critical thinking, collaboration, and patient-centered care are at the heart of everything we do.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Registered Nurse I utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards and unit-specific protocols. This role plays a vital part in supporting patient recovery and ensuring positive outcomes in a fast-paced, complex clinical setting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of RN experience in a PCU/ICU or high-acuity critical care environment
(ER-only experience does not qualify for this role)
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Experience with disease management and bio-psychosocial patient care models
Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data with attention to detail
